Lake Tahoe Retro Series Posters | Tour de France 100 Years

The Lake Tahoe Retro series was created by artist Kevin Karl. The research and attention to detail are meticulous. Each scene captures the essence of Lake Tahoe and the allure of the Sierra-Nevada territory in a 21st century, retro style. Images are printed on heavy 310gsm Hahnemuhle German Etching fine art paper. The media is 100% cotton and rated acid Ph neutral. When combined with archival quality pigments for image creation, the result is a museum quality collectible rated at over 175 years for color fastness and longevity.
Giclée prints are the result of a refined and calibrated process. They are not mass produced off a printing press. Each image is created individually for your collection. Once your order is received, the process of creation begins and your artwork is typically shipped to you within 5-8 working days.
The Lake Tahoe Series Giclées are currently offered in the following configurations. Each edition size is held at a total of 475 impressions.

| Click on the thumbnail at left to view a series of four, framed, 16" x 24" Lake Tahoe images. Just for reference, note that the pieces shown have no physical mat. The images themselves have a double border composed of two complimentary tones which are part of the artwork. Each Giclée comes with about 1.5" of extra "blank" media all around the image for matting and framing flexibility. |

| Kevin was commissioned in 2005 to design and illustrate the Heavenly Dreams image to commemorate Tahoes own, Heavenly Ski Resort 50th Anniversary. |

Official Tour de France
100th Anniversary Poster
This is the official poster developed by the Tour de France committee to celebrate 100 years (1903-2003) of the worlds most prestigious cycling event. It has increased in collectible value since Lance clinched his 7th win. We purchased the remaining posters from the U.S. distributor in 2003. They are new, uncirculated, and the only remaining new posters we know of to exist.
Lithograph measures 18x24 inches, and is printed on a heavy 110lb velvet stock with matte protective aquious finish.
